I was born in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei province in China. I did my undergraduate degree at University of Jinan and spent good time in that beautiful Spring City. After college, I moved to Fudan University in Shanghai to earn my PhD degree. During my PhD, I studied the molecular mechanism of olfactory bulb interneuron development. I’m interested in studying the mechanisms that control astrocyte differentiation. Fun fact: My greatest wishes are to be a good researcher as well as to own a cute pet cat.
